All of the important utilities and essentials are updated based on my 2021 home inspection (boiler, new water heater, clean sewer, implemented radon mitigation, etc.), I didn't spare any expense for the important/functional furniture - beds, couch, (TV). I was planning to live in the home as a "digital nomad," but those plans changed after accepting a very non-remote job. I made the home how I would have wanted it, and enjoy being able to now use it to provide a warm and comfortable stay for others.
